Careers in Coaching

This section of the website will be of interest to those considering training in professional coaching or who have already done some training and would like to build on what they have already achieved.
Professional coaching takes many forms and is not a generic commodity - i.e. trainings vary in their content and emphasis. More important than the particular model or delivery method will be the culture within which training occurs and ongoing professional support is generated. Like any profession or community, this will be mostly influenced by the level of maturity and the genuine core values of those moulding the associated infrastructure.
